The purpose of this research is to analyze the direct effect of investment, inflation, and growth on employment in Bali Province, and to analyze the indirect effect of investment and inflation on employment absorption through economic growth in Bali Province. This study uses secondary data in the form of time series data obtained from the Bali Central Bureau of Statistics and Bank Indonesia's economic reports from 2006 to 2021. And economic growth has no direct effect on employment in the Province of Bali.
