The absorption of labor and economic growth is an important component that is used as a benchmark for the success of economic development in a country. Both are interrelated if economic growth increases then employment will increase so that people can meet their needs to obtain prosperity. The purpose of this research is to analyze the direct effect of investment, inflation, and growth on employment in Bali Province, and to analyze the indirect effect of investment and inflation on employment absorption through economic growth in Bali Province. This study uses secondary data in the form of time series data obtained from the Bali Central Bureau of Statistics and Bank Indonesia's economic reports from 2006 to 2021. This study uses path analysis accompanied by a Sobel test with the help of the SPSS 26.0 Windows analysis tool. The research results show that partial investment has a direct effect on employment, while inflation has no direct effect on employment. Investment indirectly affects employment absorption through economic growth. Inflation does not directly affect employment absorption through economic growth. And economic growth has no direct effect on employment in the Province of Bali.
