Abstract
The eucalyptus oil agricultural industry as an industrial form that processes eucalyptus leaves into eucalyptus oil contributes to increased value creation and income as well as employment. This study aims to determine the amount of added value generated by the Eucalyptus Oil Agroindustry of Kupang Mojokerto in processing eucalyptus leaves into eucalyptus oil, analyze the dominant factors or variables that influence the added value of eucalyptus oil and develop attempted to increase the value added of eucalvptus oil. This research was conducted at the Kupang Mojokerto Eucalyptus Oil Factory. The method of determining the sample was carried out by purposive sampling with 50 respondents from factory employees. The first objective was analyzed using the added value analysis of the Tarigan method, the second objective was analyzed using factor analysis and the third objective was analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results showed that the added value of the eucalyptus oil agro-industry was IDR 1,197, this value was the added value of processing one kilogram of eucalyptus leaves, then the dominant factors or variables that affect added value are the quality of raw materials, the amount of raw materials as needed, optimization of factory capacity and the efforts made to increase added value can be seen from the results of the second objective research, namely increasing the quality of raw materials, the amount of raw materials as needed to optimizing factory machinery to produce eucalyptus oil products that have high quality and value.
