Abstract
Performance is a form of human resource success in complete all their work with satisfactory results both individually and in the work team. The existence of employee performance is able to encourage companies to continue to improve the competence of their human resources in order to compete with other companies. This study aims to analyze the effect of workload, work discipline, and k3 (occupational safety and health) on the performance of employees of PT. Karya Indra Bagus Jaya. This research method uses quantitative research where the dependent variable is employee performance and the independent variables in this study are workload, work discipline, and k3 (safety and health). work). The number of samples taken was 50 people. Sampling using saturated sampling method. The analysis technique uses the partial least square (PLS) method. The results of this research analysis obtained that: 1) workload affects the performance of employees of PT. Karya Indra Bagus Jaya, 2) work discipline affects the performance of employees of PT. Karya Indra Bagus Jaya, 3) occupational safety and health on employee performance of PT. Karya Indra Bagus Jaya.
