Abstract

This research analyzes how to prepare self-competence to face changes in the social, cultural and technological advances that will affect the world of work. Have the ability to manage work in the field of Human Resource Management. Have an understanding of Human Resource Management. Have professional experience from experts and practitioners who provide question and answer facilities and share experiences with participants, and understand basic material regarding human resource management and the application of the digital era in human resource management. Digital-Based Future Human Resource Management in the Competent Indonesian National Movement aims to prepare the needs and capabilities of National Human Resources to face industry 4.0. Human resource management is very important because it is a strategic approach and is related to managing the most valuable assets in the organization, namely the people in the organization both individually and in teams in order to contribute to achieving the vision and mission. With the learning provided by GNIK, as participants we are equipped with readiness to face the current digital era. The provisions provided in the Digital Literacy study include: how to prepare HRM Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), carry out the recruitment process, make job offers to prospective workers, introduction to the application of artificial intelligence in business, the latest technological developments; artificial intelligence & machine learning, data analysis with Google sheets, creating interactive animated content & Power Point template design, and the era of digital transformation. Therefore, I will get many benefits when I choose and take part in independent studies at GNIK, especially in Human Resources Management (HRM). Keywords : MSDM, Soft Skill, Digital Literacy
