Abstract
The big performance factor is influenced by the perception of organizational support. In organizations, social relations are commonly experienced in problems between people, and between groups. This perception is guided by the employee's perspective regarding the extent to which the organization can support, consider contributions, and care about their welfare. Another factor that plays a role in determining employee performance is the aspect of discipline which has a crucial role in the implementation of employee duties. The research aims to examine the factors that influence the perception of organizational support and work discipline on the performance of PT Yuwana Karya Catur Manunggal employees. The selected population is employees from PT Yuwana Karya Catur Manunggal with a total sample calculation of 45 respondents. The data collection method uses survey methods and Smart-PLS as data analysis tools. The results of the study found that the perception of organizational support and work discipline contributed a significant influence on the performance of PT Yuwana Karya Catur Manunggal employees, where the better the company's support for employee performance, the better it can produce better performance from employees. Work discipline also contributes a significant influence where the better the work discipline of employees, the better the performance produced by employees for the company.
