Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of Customer Relationship Management (X1), Service Performance (X2) has on Customer Loyalty (Y). Fintech makes greater competition with banking. Banks must have a more precise way of offering products and must also have something more than their competitors in order to keep existing customers from switching to other banks. This research method is quantitative by taking a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The sample consists of Bank Jatim Savings users who are domiciled in Surabaya and have used savings for at least one year. The analysis technique used in this research is (PLS) with validity test, reliability test and hypothesis test. Based on the research results, it proves that Customer Relationship Management, Service performance has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of Bank Jatim in the City of Surabaya
