Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of organizational learning (organizational learning) on employee performance at PDAM Surya employees Sembada Surabaya and analyze the effect of change readiness on performance employees at PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya employees. Number of samples on this study 50 respondents using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique method. Questionnaire answers and interview results are the data obtained and the results of the questionnaire were processed using smart PLS 3.0. Results research shows that organizational learning has a significant positive effect on employee performance, change readiness has a significant positive effect on employee performance.
