Abstract
The difficulty of selling unprocessed mint leaves requires Kirani Women Farmers Group to innovate by processing mint leaves into a product that is attractive and favored by consumers. One of the innovations made by KWT Kirani is infused water drinks with various flavors. This study aims to determine the added value and income of processing infused water drinks and to determine whether or not the agroindustry of infused water drinks in Kampung Mint Blitar is feasible. The determination of the location of this study was carried out purposively with the consideration that the mint processing agroindustry in Kampung Mint Blitar is the only one in Blitar City. The data analysis methods used in this study were Hayami method value-added analysis, income analysis, and feasibility analysis using BEP, R/C Ratio, and B/C Ratio. The results of this study show the amount of added value from processing infused water drinks per production process is Rp 20,117/bottle with a value-added ratio of 83.8% for fruit variants and Rp 19,898/bottle with a value-added ratio of 82.9% for spice variants. Based on the feasibility analysis, it is found that this business is profitable and feasible.
