Abstract
The goal of this study was to see how Regional Original Income and Domestic Investment affected the Human Development Index in East Java Province from 2007 to 2021 using Poverty as an intervening variable. The study included quantitative methodologies such as multiple linear regression techniques and route analysis. According to the study's findings, regional original income and domestic investment have a direct and considerable influence on the Human Development Index. Meanwhile, there is no indication of the effects of Local Own Revenue and Domestic Investment via Poverty on the Human Development Index utilizing route analysis.
