Abstract

Knowledge management is a management knowledge of the organization to success so that the managed organization feels satisfaction from what is being carried out. Competence is also needed to support the achievement of organizational satisfaction. Industry Relations is expected to be able to have a positive impact on the application of Knowledge management and Competence to support increased satisfaction. This research aims to know the analysis of knowledge management and the competence of instructors towards training satisfaction with industry relationships as a moderation variable on LP3I Sidoarjo. This research is of a quantitative type by collecting primary data by distributing questionnaires to 94 respondents who have followed a two-year vocational education program, namely representatives of the 2019 and 2020 Batch. Sampling techniques use simple random sampling and data analysis using SmartPLS. The results of the analysis in the research show that 1) Knowledge management has not been able to contribute directly in improving training satisfaction. 2) The competence of the instructor is able to contribute positively in increasing the satisfaction of training. 3) Industry Relationship has not been able to contribute to knowledge management and training satisfaction. 4) Industrial Relations is able to contribute positively to Instructor Competency and training satisfaction.
