Abstract
Development is an instrument used to achieve success in building a nation. The nation's success in developing its human resources through income, health and education as a whole can be seen through the human development index. The purpose of conducting this research is to examine the influence of Regional Original Income, Economic Growth, and Influential Capital Expenditures on the Human Development Index in Nganjuk Regency in 2010-2021. The method that will be used in this study is a quantitative method with the research sample used, namely Nganjuk Regency in 2010-2021. The research data used is secondary data using path analysis techniques (Path Analyst) obtained from the website of the Central Statistics Agency of Nganjuk Regency. Based on the test results it can be concluded that: 1) PAD has a positive and significant effect on HDI. 2) Economic Growth has no effect on HDI. 3) PAD through Capital Expenditures has a positive and significant effect on HDI. 4) Economic Growth through Capital Expenditure has no effect on HDI.
