Abstract
Coal is a source of energy needed by the world community to generate electricity and is used in the steel and cement industries. Indonesia has large coal resource and reserves making Indonesia one of the largest coal exporting countries in the world. Coal is one of Indonesia’s leading export commodities. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of excahange rates, production volumes, reference coal prices and world oil prices on the value of Indonesian coal export in 2011- 2021. The method used in this study is quantitative with multiple linier regression analysis. The data used is secondary data. The results of this study show that partially the exchange rate had no effect on the value of coal export, While the variable production volume, reference coal prices and world oil prices have a positive and significant impact on the value of Indonesian coal export. Sigmultaneously exchange rate, production volume, reference coal prices and world oil prices have a significant influence on the value of Indonesian coal export.
