Abstract
Investors who will invest by buying shares in the capital market will first analyze the condition of the company so that the investment they make can provide a profit or return. Benchmarks or indicators of success in a company in its management can be seen through the stock price. This study aims to determine the effect profitability, leverage, and market to share price ratio in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are all property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method in order to obtain a sample of 50 companies. The analytical method used is multiple linear analysis with the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that 1) Profitability contributes to stock prices. 2) Leverage does not contribute to stock prices. 3) Market Ratio contributes to changes in share prices in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
