Abstract
Various kinds of Indonesian agricultural problems are increasingly diverse every year, one of which is the problem of agricultural land and also the declining yields of farmers. This triggers housewives to do work to help support their families. The aims of this study were to 1) analyze the work time spent on housewives 2) analyze the income contribution of housewives 3) analyze the welfare level of farming families. In this study, 37 respondents were selected from the population. The results of this study are 1) most of the time spent by housewives is spent on reproductive activities or in the house 2) the income contribution of housewives in Bangkok Village is 51%, this shows that housewives have a large contribution to total income 3 ) the level of welfare of the farmer's family is in the low category because the farmer's exchange rate is 98.27, which means that farmers experience a deficit.
