Abstract
ABSTRAK Kelengkeng merupakan sejenis tanaman buah-buahan yang berasal dari Asia Tenggara, kebutuhan buah kelengkeng di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan, namun budidaya kelengkeng di Indonesia masih terbilang kurang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh interaksi dari komposisi media tanam dan kedalaman tanam. Penelitian ini dilaksankan pada bulan Februari hingga Mei 2023, di Greenhouse, UPN “Veteran” Jatim. Penelitian ini menggunakan RAL (Rancangan Acak Lengkap) faktorial 2 faktor, yakni kombinasi 4 taraf komposisi media tanam dan 4 taraf kedalaman tanam. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi dari komposisi media tanam dan kedalaman tanam berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap parameter umur muncul plumula, tinggi tanaman, diameter batang pada umur ke 28-42 hst, panjang akar lateral, berat basah akar, dan berat basah batang, dengan kombinasi perlakuan terbaik yaitu M1K1 (Pupuk kandang : sekam padi, kedalaman 3 cm). Kata Kunci : Komposisi Media Tanam, Kedalaman Tanam, Pertumbuhan, Hasil Pertumbuhan Awal Bibit Kelengkeng ABSTRACT Longan is a type of fruit plant originating from Southeast Asia, the need for longan fruit in Indonesia has increased, but longan cultivation in Indonesia is still relatively lacking. The purpose of this study was to determine the interaction effect of the composition of the planting medium and the depth of planting. This research was carried out from February to May 2023, at the Greenhouse, UPN "Veteran" East Java. This study used factorial RAL (Completely Randomized Design) with 2 factors, namely a combination of 4 levels of planting medium composition and 4 levels of planting depth. The results obtained from this study indicate that the combination of planting medium composition and planting depth has a very significant effect on the parameters of plumule emergence age, plant height, stem diameter at 28-42 days after planting, lateral root length, root fresh weight, and stem fresh weight. , with the best treatment combination, namely M1K1 (manure: rice husk, depth of 3 cm).
