Abstract
Dipendajatim.go.id is a website used by Bapenda East Java (Regional Revenue Agency of East Java Province) to support activities. This website has quite complete information including Home, Profile, Services, News, Info, SAKIP, PPID, and DWP. Study Measuring the usability of the Bapenda East Java website uses the usability testing method by distributing questionnaires to Javanese "Veteran" UPN student respondents East. Questionnaire results were measured using the Likert scale method, the proposed scale namely Strongly Disagree (STS), Disagree (TS), Enough (C), Agree (S), and Strongly Agree (SS). From the results of the study, the value of the Memorability factor was obtained, namely is 4.02, the Errors factor value is 3.79, the Efficiency factor value is 3.77, the Learnability factor value is 4.12, the Satisfaction factor value that is equal to 3.41, and the average value of all respondents' answers, namely of 3.82.
