Abstract
Indonesia is a developing country that geographically leads to Indonesia to have abundant natural resources that can be used in various sectors. One of them is the fishing sector.The fisheries sector in Indonesia has a prospective opportunity. One of them, According to the annual report of the Ministry of Maritime and Fisheries for 2018, The area of new land used for fishing cultivation is only 1.2 million hectares (6.7%) of a total of 17.9 million hectares. This is due to various issues such as difficulties in access to funding for cultivators and the minimal interest of investors to invest in the fishing sector. The minimum interest of investors in investing their capital because the fishing sector is a real sector with a high risk of failure, regulations or restrictions that may regulate investments, This is one of the rules that comes from the point of view of Islamic religion.From that issues, It is necessary an investment system that can bridge capital owners (investors) with fisheries cultivators in one place with constant observation of the rules of Islamic religion. This fishing cultivation investment system is created using a combination of prototyping methods to obtain the user-friendly system needs and iconix process to design the system architecture. Continued system construction using php 8 programming language with the help of the framework Laravel 9 and Svelte 3. As a result of this study, obtained a sharia-based fishing cultivation investment system that obtained a score of 0.880 (excellent) from student role, 0.891 (excellent ) from employee role, and 0.839 (excellent) from olders role.The assessment is obtained by conducting a usability test using the webuse evaluation method.
