Abstract
In this digital era, the use of social media is increasingly popular, one of the platforms that is frequently used is Instagram, besides that, brand loyalty is a way to keep consumers consistent with products. One of the business ways carried out by Kedai Singasini Coffee is utilizing Instagram as a brand loyalty platform and maintaining relationships with customers. Researchers want to know the use of Instagram as a platform for brand loyalty to the Singgasini Coffee Shop in Jombang. Research using descriptive qualitative carried out through data collection with primary and secondary data, through literature studies, field studies. Data analysis using qualitative methods with data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study found that the role of social media in strengthening Brand Loyalty: Social media, including Instagram, has an important role in strengthening brand loyalty at the Singgasini Coffee Shop. Through this platform, shops can interact directly with customers, present interesting content, build a user community, and get positive reviews and recommendations. This provides an opportunity for stores to create closer relationships with customers and strengthen brand loyalty.
