Abstract
The utilization of information systems or information technology can be considered as one of the components to enhance the quality of Universitas Wiraraja Sumenep. This is related to improving academic standards and a strategic advantage to achieve competitive excellence, enabling the university to compete with other institutions. The success of implementing the Academic Information System (SIAKAD) at Universitas Wiraraja Sumenep, using the DeLone and McLean model as indicators, can ensure that the system is maximized and easily accessible to students. The objective of this research is to determine the measurement of success in the Web-based Academic Information System (SIAKAD) using the DeLone and McLean Method. Most research models are developed based on previous models and theories. This study employs the DeLone & McLean model, which can measure how successful the SIAKAD web system is in meeting user needs, acceptance by users, and providing net benefits to its users, namely the students. However, in combining the DeLone model, there are 9 variables. The test results for the variable SQ to KD show a coefficient value of 0.278 and a t-test value of 3.888, indicating a significant influence. Similarly, the results for the SQ to KPD test show a coefficient value of 0.168 and a t-test value of 2.404, indicating a significant influence. The test for SQ to NB yields a coefficient value of 0.125 and a t-test value of 1.636, indicating a significant influence. Furthermore, the IQ to KD test shows a coefficient value of 0.650 and a t-test value of 1.015, indicating a significant influence. Additionally, the IQ to KPD test demonstrates a coefficient value of 0.147 and a t-test value of 1.616, indicating a significant influence. Finally, the test for the IQ variable on NB reveals a coefficient value of 0.190 and a t-test value of 2.631, indicating a significant influence.
