Abstract
The Print Head requires maintenance every 4332.92 hours or 181 days with a scheduled restoration task. The Carriage Belt needs maintenance every 1776.03 hours or 74 days with a scheduled discard task. The Encoder Strip requires maintenance every 2591.58 hours or 108 days with a scheduled discard task. The Power Supply needs maintenance every 2494.44 hours or 104 days with a scheduled restoration task. Lastly, the Sensor needs maintenance every 2535.84 hours or 106 days with a scheduled restoration task. These calculations will assist the company in scheduling appropriate maintenance for each component to improve efficiency and prevent unwanted machine failures.
