Abstract

Ketingan Waters is situated on the northeastern shoreline of Sidoarjo Regime which is straightforwardly neighboring Bangil Rule. This connection influences the dissemination example of saltiness and ocean surface temperature in the Ketingan waters. Research is required to monitor the distribution of salinity values and sea surface temperatures in light of this background from 2019 to 2023 in Ketingan using Landsat 8 satellite imagery. The results of algorithm modeling are obtained, the algorithm model for image processing salinity is the Band_2 wavelength with the logarithmic equation y = -41.72ln(x) - 73.445 and the degree of determination R2 = 0.1442. While the sea surface temperature with the Linear equation y = 600,05x - 27.711 and the degree of determination R2 = 0.0856. The results of the analysis from the ANOVA test for the H1 salinity value are accepted, meaning that there is a difference in the insitu Salinity Value and the Landsat 8 satellite imagery Salinity Value from 2019 to 2023. As for the H1 sea surface temperature is accepted, it means that there is a significant difference between insitu SST and image SST satellite year 2019. Year 2019 with year 2023.
