Abstract

Sidoarjo Regency National Narcotics Agency (BNNK Sidoarjo)is a vertical institution of the National Narcotics Agency which carries out the duties,functions, and authorized the National Narcotics Agency within the district Sidoarjo. BNNK Sidoarjo previously had a website page, however In its implementation, there is still information that cannot be conveyed, namely recognition of the physical form of the drug itself. In fact there are still many people who are not familiar with the physical form of the drug itself. BNNK Sidoarjo feel the need to improve services and education so that there are no more people who fall into drug addiction. With this for doing education can implement a 3D Model Viewer on the website BNNK Sidoarjo. The existence of a 3D Model Viewer allows users to be able to see the form of Narcotics itself in engineering 3D objects similar to original form in the real world. The service aspect is being improved through use of the formsubmit API to forward complaints on the web to email BNNK Sidoarjo. Therefore, additional features and designs are needed website that allows users to view engineered forms The narcotics themselves are 3D objects and formsubmit to get real-time information. In designing, this website is described through UML especially on use case diagrams and activity diagrams. Meanwhile in development, the BNNK Sidoarjo website was built using HTML, CSS, and Javascript programming languages, as well as using a framework bootstrap.
