Abstract
ABSTRACT JUWITA KHARISMA PUTRI, 19042010008, MARKETING STRATEGY ANALYSIS IN INCREASING SALES VOLUME AT UD. RIMBA KARYA IN SIDOARJO. UD. Rimba Karya is a distributor engaged in construction that focuses on the supply of materials, especially wood and plywood. The purpose of this study is to determine marketing strategies in increasing sales volume at UD. Rimba Karya in Sidoarjo. The research method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach formulated using SWOT analysis and data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, documentation and triangulation performed by researchers in identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats with the SWOT analysis method on UD. Rimba Karya in Sidoarjo. Based on research This results obtained IFAS and EFAS which showed strength with a score of 2.87 and weakness with a score of 0.42. While the EFAS results show opportunity with a score of 2.25 and threat with a score of 0.50. Based on SWOT Analysis diagram, UD. Rimba Karya shows In quadrant 1 by using an aggressive strategy, the company has opportunities and strengths So that it can take advantage of existing opportunities so that the strategies that can be applied are support aggressive growth policy (Growth Oriented Strategy) to improve sales volume at UD.
