Abstract
The selection of supply chain flow is a very crucial activity to be able to satisfy the final customer in the supply chain of a product. This study aimed to identify the flow of the export surimi supply chain, analyze the value added of export surimi, and find out the problems and solutions in the export surimi supply chain at PT. Indo Lautan Makmur. Primary data collection was carried out by obsevation and interview method assisted by questionnaire. The data analysis method used are descriptive qualitative analysis and the hayami value added method. The results of the study showed that: 1) There was a flow of goods, a flow of money, and a flow of information flowing in the export surimi supply chain with 3 parties involved are among others, CV. Valent Putra, PT. Indo Lautan Makmur, and Teinstark CO., LTD. 2) Added value to the export surimi supply chain at PT. Indo Lautan Makmur was classified as high, at 40.7%. 3) Problems found in the production, management and distribution of export surimi. The solutions offered include calculating raw material inventory, making business contracts, and using refrigerated trucks.
