Abstract
The quality control management carried out at PK Rosella Baru has demonstrated excellent capabilities in managing and minimizing defects or bad stock in their products. Quality control at each production process begins with the inspection of raw materials, where the quality of the designated raw materials is carefully examined. The quality checks continue throughout every production process and at each station of the machines present at PK Rosella Baru.
