Abstract
Personnel Information System is an important aspect in effective and efficient human resource management in an organization. This research aims to analyze the existing staffing information system at the di Badan Narkotika Nasional Kabupaten Sidoarjo (BNNK Sidoarjo) using the PIECES method, as well as design and build a new staffing information system that is easy to understand and effective.This research method uses a qualitative approach by applying PIECES analysis based on the results of interviews and direct observations at BNNK Sidoarjo. System development is carried out using the SCRUM method. The main finding of this research is to design and build a computerized staffing information system, starting from employee data collection to facilitating employee performance within the scope of BNNK Sidoarjo.This information system uses the Laravel framework, which has proven effective in developing web applications. The implication of this research is the creation of a Personnel Information System that is easily accessible and manages personnel information quickly and accurately for the division Head of the General Subdivision.
