Abstract

In this Fourth Industrial Revolution age, digital technology is quickly expanding and changing every facet of society. The growth of electronic commerce (E-Commerce) in Indonesia is affected by these technical advancements as well. Nang Suroboyo Economic Empowerment and Resilience (PEKEN) application release on 31 October 2021 was a good move by Surabaya City Government, easing shopping for locals and stimulating the local economy. As can be observed from Surabaya's economic statistics, the city is experiencing rising economic growth and falling unemployment. This little growth was seen as evidence of low user happiness and loyalty to the service. Finding out what makes people happy or sad when using the E-Peken Surabaya app is the main goal of this research. This research used P. Dirgantara's 2020 implementation of the DeLone & Mclean (ISSM) metrication model. Primary data collected through online survey distribution was utilized for this analysis. The collected data was analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0. T-statistic values of 5,420, 3,379, and 5,147 for the hypotheses about System Quality, Information Quality, and Service Quality on Use respectively demonstrate statistical significance in this research. The T-statistic for Information Quality for User Satisfaction is 2,775, while the T-statistic for Use for User Satisfaction is 10,733. This is evidence that the E-Peken app's functions, notably the product search functionality, are well received by its users and contribute to their overall positive impression of the app. Developers may take advantage of this by making significant improvements to the program, such as adding new features, improving the user experience, and enhancing the app's speed. App developers should also maintain open lines of communication with their users, solicit feedback often, and act on suggestions for improving the app's UX whenever possible.
