Abstract
The Department of Education of Surabaya City is a government institution or agency established with the aim of organizing and managing education in Surabaya. In the process of organizing and managing education in Surabaya, the Department of Education of Surabaya City faces issues regarding the acceptance of BOS (School Operational Assistance) funds for schools in Surabaya. Some schools, whose operational permits have already expired and should not receive BOS funds, are still receiving them. To address this problem, the design and development of the BOS Application (School Operational Assistance) have been carried out to assist the staff of the Department of Education of Surabaya City in identifying schools with expired operational permits and those with valid permits. Based on the internship report, it can be concluded that the BOS Application has been created to make BOS service provision easier for the staff of the Department of Education of Surabaya City.
