Abstract
At PT Petrokimia Gresik, Occupational Safety and Health has been going well, this can be seen from the several efforts that have been made by the company in the form of forming a special team, namely the K3 Department, providing K3 supporting tools, K3 rules, and infrastructure that has complied with K3 regulations. The III-B production department itself implements the HAZOP Method to measure, analyze and seek good recommendations in Occupational Safety and Health and to make Safety Data Sheets that are used as a reference for production processes that comply with K3 values. Prevention of work accidents can be carried out by analyzing the potential and hazard factors, then implementing supporting activities, and carrying out control measures, so you can deal with problems that will occur and how to overcome them. As well as being able to follow up if there is a work accident, in accordance with existing procedures. So that work accidents can be quickly resolved, and victims are treated intensively
