Abstract
PT Wahana Tunas Utama Rucika is a company engaged in Manufacturing field with specialization in PVC pipe industry. Products that produced PVC pipes size AW and D. PT Wahana Tunas Utama Rucika is a PVC pipe company that uses a layout layout, Where the production process is based on the sequence of the product manufacturing process. The production process that occurs at PT Wahana Tunas Utama Rucika using material flow patterns in the production process used are straight line starting from raw material to warehouse. PT Wahana Tunas Utama Rucika has implemented a production process automatically that requires a setcard for each machine that can seen by the operators. Sometimes there is a mismatch in engine settings during the production process, but it can be avoided by equipping knowledge and knowledge for each machine operator. In addition, optimal machine maintenance is also carried out by the party production and maintenance.
