Abstract
Islamic Hospital "Siti Aisyah" is a hospital located in Madison. In data collection and service, the queues for rooms and therapy have not occurred efficiently because there are still long queues every day. Based on these problems, a website for registration information systems, room bookings, online therapy was created. Case study: Islamic Hospital "Siti Aisyah" Madiun. With the aim that the application can help reduce the queues that occur every day. The system was created in various stages, namely: analyzing system requirements, designing interface designs, creating websites, testing and implementation. The registration, room booking and therapy information system produces output in the form of patient registration reports, room orders, and therapy as well as queue notes for patients undergoing therapy and proof of room bookings requested by the head of the PDE (Electronic Data Center) section.
