Abstract
The impacts of climate change can already be felt in various parts of the world and have even become the main topic in several meetings between countries, so that real action and mitigation is needed to maintain the sustainability of living things on earth. This study aims to describe how Indonesia's efforts to achieve the 13th objective of the Sustainable Development Goals program through Pelindo are to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in port areas. This study uses descriptive research methods using the framework of the international regime (International Regime), sustainable development (Sustainable Development) and sustainable ports (Sustainable Port). The results of this study found that a country's compliance with the international regime is evidenced by concrete actions through the implementation of policies and regulations. Regulations regarding the use of shore power connections at ports are a form of implementation of the international regime, namely sustainable development goals against concerns about the impact of climate change due to greenhouse gas emissions that continue to increase in every corner of the world.
