Abstract
PT. Petrokimia Gresik is one of the largest fertilizer and chemical product manufacturers in Indonesia. One of the products produced by PT. Petrokimia Gresik namely Phosphoric Acid which is produced by Production Department IIIB. The Phosphoric Acid Production Process PT. Petrokimia Gresik uses a Make To Stock (MTS) production system and implements a continuous process when viewed according to its operational objectives. Phosphoric Acid Products produced by the Production Department IIIB at PT. Petrokimia Gresik is a Work In Progress product, namely a semi-finished product that will still undergo another production process at the Production Department I and Production Department II to make it a ready product to be traded in the market.
