Abstract
PT. Petrokimia Gresik uses the Make To production system Stocks (MTS). A production system that produces goods continuously to be stored as stock and products or goods will be completed before there is an order from the consumer. The maintenance section is headed by a manager and has several staff namely Planning and Control Staff, Electrical Section Staff, Instrument Section Staff, Workshop Section Staff, Mechanical Section Staff, TA Staff (Turn Around) and Reliability.
