Abstract

Badminton courts have many factors for potential customers to choose from However, customers still use the manual method. Purpose of making this application is to make it easier for users to get recommendations as well order courses easily by using the application. Support system decisions can provide recommendations to prospective customers with price factors, location, and rating to get the badminton court of choice quickly, precisely, and accurate with the case study of Surabaya City. In this system, designed web-based using the Javascript programming language based on the MySQL database. System developed using the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm, chosen because it can provides recommendations for the closest neighbor of an object to be recommended. The application also implements the Location Based Service (LBS) method so that users can easily find a route to the desired badminton court using the help of the js leaflet library. Functional testing with the blackbox method 100% yield was obtained. Usability testing using SUS (System Usability Testing) get an average score of 83.21 with the Grade Scale getting a B and Adjective Rating gets a Good value.
