Abstract
Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan (LPMP) Jawa Timur is an intitution under Education and Culture Ministry that have duty to help the goverment to improve the quality of education at elementary school, junior high school and senior high school in east java. The problem in LPMP is there are a lot of question of increasing quality of education from a lot of school in east java. If LPMP answering the question through offline and come to the office of LPMP or by Call service will make the question need a long time to response, because of lack of time and limit of human resource. Based on the problem, Web-based Sistem Informasi Layanan Aduan Sepekan was created and design the system using SAP Power Designer 15.2 for making Entity Relationship Diagram and Data Flow Diagram. While in making flowchart using io.draw. Sistem Informasi Layanan Aduan Sepekan was built using PHP programming language and MySQL Database also implementing blackbox method for testing. The created system in this research can help teachers if they want to ask a question to LPMP Jawa Timur about increasing education quality online.
