Abstract
The Office of Communication and Informatics (Diskominfo) has taken advantage of technological and information developments. Evidence of this is the E-Archive Website for incoming letters and invitation letters that can be used for archive management at the Madiun City Diskominfo. Previously, the Madiun City Diskominfo management in archive management was still conventional. Management of conventional archives itself is the storage of documents in a filing cabinet that is still in physical form without backups so that it has the potential for damage and loss. This E-Archive application aims to improve the security of archived documents. It is hoped that the development of the E-Archive application will make it easier to manage filing, obtain information about incoming letters and invitation letters. This E-Archive system is intended for admin fields in the Madiun City Communication and Information Service in managing archives of incoming letters and invitation letters. This E-Archive website can assist admins in archiving incoming letters and invitation letters digitally. In addition, the E-Archive Website is able to reduce the risk of loss or damage to data on letters. The E-Archive Website is considered capable of replacing the role of Microsoft Excel because it is capable of storing pdf files and displaying them.
