Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of various types and ways of administering MOL to the growth and yield of rice plants (oryza sativa l.) In Lawang district, Malang. Experiments using factorial randomized block design consisted of two treatment factors. The first factor is a variety of MOL, consisting of: MOL Fruit, MOL Bamboo Shoot and MOL Fish. The second factor in how to administer MOL consists of: spraying and leaking. Of the two factors obtained 6 treatment combinations (unit of experiment) each treatment combination was repeated 4 times. The parameters observed in the vegetative phase measured the length of the rice plant (cm) and calculated the number of tillers of each rice plant, then the generative phase calculated the number of productive tillers, the weight of dry grain and the weight of 1000 seeds (g). The results of the treatment of MOL types did not significantly affect the parameters of observation of plant length, number of tillers of rice plants, weight of dry grain and weight of 1000 grains. But the significant effect on the observation parameters of the number of productive plant tillers with the highest value on fish MOL (M3) shows the average number of productive tillers 27.50. Treatment method does not have a significant effect between spraying (P1) and leakage (P2) on the growth and yield of rice plants. Keyword : Mol, growth, rice production. ii
