Abstract
The success of an organization depends on the competence possessed by human resources. Companies must support their employees by providing training to improve employee performance. This research was conducted at the Abdi Setya Perkasa Savings and Loans Cooperative. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence and training on employee performance at the Abdi Setya Perkasa Savings and Loans Cooperative. Respondents in this study amounted to 40 respondents using saturated sampling method. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire distributed to employees of the Savings and Loans Cooperative in Surabaya and the data was analyzed using the SMART PLS program. Based on the results of this study, it shows that competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Abdi Setya Perkasa Savings and Loans Cooperative Employees Keywords: Competency, Training and Employee Performance
