Abstract

ABSTRACT MUHAMAD LUKMAN NULHAKIM, SME PROMOTION STRATEGY MR. JAY COLLECTION (MJC) INDONESIA ( Descriptive Qualitative Study of Promotional Strategies of Mr. Jay Collection (MJC) Indonesia in Increasing Consumers Through Social Media TikTok ) Tiktok is a social media that is currently experiencing a shift in its feature functions. This shift in function was utilized by Mr Jay Collection (MJC) Indonesia to develop his business. The purpose of this research was to find out the promotion strategy of Mr Jay Collection (MJC) Indonesia in increasing consumers through social media Tiktok. This research method used descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques carried out through observation techniques, interviews, documentation, and previous research. The results of this study indicated that Mr. Jay Collection (MJC) Indonesia had implemented the IMC concept with a Promotion Mix consisting of Advertising, Personal Selling, Sales Promotion, and Publicity. Mr Jay Collection (MJC) Indonesia was able to take advantage of all the promotion mix elements The promotion strategy through MJC advertising utilizes the Tiktok Ads feature and the concept of entertainment advertising, for Personal Selling to make sales during live Tiktok and also from direct sales when creating challenge content. Sales Promotion with product review Tiktok video content, as well as certain promo events and utilizing the Tiktok shop or yellow basket. Publicity focuses on Tiktok to provide the latest product information and promo information. All the latest information from MJC Indonesia is published on the MJC Tiktok accounts @mjcindonesia1 and @mjcstoreofficial regularly at least one day for information or content.
