Abstract
Nowadays, the development of communication using internet become easier and very quick. It cause many people interest to have an online business. “Badkidstore” as one of online store that sell second shoes with the famous brand such as Adidas etc. they has has strategies to catch customers’s interest to buy their products and can be survive in the middle offonline business competition which is getting harder right now. Marketing communication using internet has changed the conventional marketing system to the unconventional marketing system it caused marketing activity can be reach wider. The purpose of this research is to knowing how strtegy communication that used by“Badkidstore” and how to use online media to give maxial customers.This research uses qualitative descriptive method, by collecting data through observation, interviews, documentary studies, documentation and internet searching. The informans of this research was owner of 'Badkidstore and three employes of “Badkidstore”. The theory that used in this research was Marketig Communication Strategies,7c framework and SWOT analysis. The results of thisresearch are marketing program by “Badkidstore” as the marketing communication strategies can be catch customers’s interest to buy their product and also can build credibility of customers to “Badkidstore ”.
