Abstract
In the modern era, the development of the world of technology is growingRapidly every year, today's digital era people need the internet withthe best quality which is certainly in accordance with what they expect. This problem Internet service provider companies compete with each other in upgrades service quality to improve the fulfillment of customer expectations. First Medium is one of the companies in Indonesia engaged in the provider Cable TV and Fixed Broadband Internet service. Tiered customer satisfaction feelings, customer ratings of the products and services they receive. Satisfied customers can support future business. The purpose of this research to be able to find out how First Media's customer satisfaction in Sidoarjo North is influenced by service quality and price perception SEM analysis based on Partial Least Square (PLS) is a method that applied. This study used a quantitative method, amounting to 72 people as a research sample, as well as non-probability sampling with purposive sampling used. The results of the study show that 1) Service Quality has an effect positive effect on First Media customer satisfaction in North Sidoarjo 2) Price Perception has a positive effect on First Media customer satisfaction in North Sidoarjo.
