Abstract
Coffee is one of the favorites of the community. Consumers from the shop also vary from various professions, one of which is students. The covid pandemic has certainly triggered various behavioral changes in students, this study aims to analyze the characteristics of students and analyze the influence of cultural, social, personal, and psychological factors on consumer behavior. The method of determining the sample was Cluster Random Sampling with a total of 60 respondents. Primary data collection by filling out questionnaires and interviews. The first objective was analyzed using descriptive analysis, and the second objective was analyzed using SEM - PLS. The results showed that 1) Based on gender, students who consume coffee are dominated by men with a percentage of 63.3% and are dominated by students who have experience consuming for 0 - 2 years. 2) Cultural Factors, Social Factors, Personal Factors, and Psychological Factors on Consumer Behavior.
