Abstract

This research is based on the development of the creative business sector, namely laundry shoes services in Indonesia, especially in the Jombang city. Researchers used the Service of Broth.co Laundry Shoes Jombang as the object of research. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyse the marketing strategy carried out at the Broth.co Shoes Laundry Service and aimed to provide input on marketing strategies to increase sales turnover of service products at Broth.co Laundry Shoes Jombang. The research method used is descriptive which is part of a qualitative analysis by using in-depth interview data collection techniques to owners, employees, and consumers who have used the Broth.co Shoes Laundry Service Jombang, as well as field research by conducting direct observations. The analysis technique used is a SWOT analysis by using a marketing strategy based on 7P as the basic material for questions to analyse strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The results of the study can be concluded that the Broth.co Shoes Laundry Service Jombang is in quadrant II position, which is where the company has a big threat but there is internal strength so that the right strategy to be implemented by the company is to use force to overcome threats and take advantage long term by means of a diversified strategy.
