Abstract
Village funds are funds originating from the APBN which are intended for villages transferred through the Regency/City APBD and are used to finance government administration, development implementation, community development, and community empowerment. The purpose of this research is to test and prove the influence of governance on the accountability of village fund management mediated by integrity. This research method is quantitative using primary data by distributing questionnaires. the population and sample in this study were 130 village officials in the Bareng sub-district and the total sample was 98 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study usesPartial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that Governance has no significant effect on Village Fund Management Accountability, Governance has a significant effect on Integrity, Human Resource Professionalism has a significant effect on Village Fund Management Accountability, Integrity has a significant effect on Village Fund Management Accountability, Human Resource Professionalism and Integrity are able mediate Governance of Village Fund Management Accountability.
