Abstract

Phenomena that have occurred lately such as domestic violence, sexual harassment, theft, and even murder. The main factor in the occurrence of this incident is the lack of faith and piety and fear of Allah SWT. Therefore, the importance of increasing the quality of faith is the main factor to reduce or even eliminate bad events as mentioned. The way to improve the quality of faith is by getting closer and knowing Allah SWT more deeply. And one of the many ways to get to know Allah SWT is through His good names or what is commonly called Asmaul Husna. As a Muslim, parents must instill this in their children when they are young. That's because, children's brains are easier to remember and work optimally when they are still at an early age. Children tend to feel bored when learning something if the media they use uses ordinary methods. At the age of children, they need learning media that must channel their creative imagination, and one of the solutions for this learning media is interactive books. This study uses quantitative research methods with primary data collection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation and questionnaires. While the source of secondary data collection through books and journals. Through these stages, the concept of designing this interactive book will later be adapted to the characteristics of the target audience who are in grade 1 elementary school. After collecting the results of the data analysis carried out, it was found that there are still grade 1 elementary school children who do not know and memorize Asmaul Husna, this is due to the learning system and introducing Asmaul Husna from school and from home which is not optimal. Therefore, designing an interactive book introducing Asmaul Husna for 1st graders needs to be done. The design of Asmaul Husna's interactive book focuses on Asmaul Husna Ar-Rahmaan and Ar-Rahiim because it refers to the grade 1 elementary school learning curriculum. The design concept in this design refers to the keyword "Cheers to Know Asmaul Husna" based on the characteristics of the target audience. It is hoped that this interactive book can help children recognize and memorize Asmaul Husna in an interesting and not boring way.
