Abstract

PT United Tractors is a subsidiary of PT Astra International Tbk (“Astra”), one of the largest and most prominent business groups in Indonesia. A large company should have an EHS Department (Environmental, Health and Safety). To support employee health the company needs more efforts, considering that PT United Tractors is companies that have a large number of employees.Therefore with the design and manufacture of mobile applications The health information system at the PT United Tractors polyclinic is expected to work make administration more effective and easier for patients or employees to gain access to health. The methodology used in this research is by using the V-Model method. Mobile application design using Flutter as a framework and dart as a programming language. For databases using firebase. The design of the system was successfully carried out with produce a Health Information System that has passed unit testing, integration testing, system testing and user acceptance testing. Result of The design of this mobile application is expected to be useful for the polyclinic.
