Abstract
This study aims "to test and prove the effect of audit fees on audit quality in food and beverage subsector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2019-2022", "to test and prove the effect of audit delay on audit quality in food and beverage subsector companies that listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2019-2022” and “to test and prove the effect of KAP size on audit quality in food and beverage subsector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2019-2022”. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The research objects used are audit fees, audit delay, KAP size, and audit quality. Meanwhile, the research subjects are Annual Reports and Financial Reports (Audited) of Food and Beverage Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2019-2022. The sample collection technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique with certain criteria. Total population of 86 companies. Meanwhile, the research sample is 25 companies so that the total sample is 100 samples. The analysis technique in this study uses PLS (Partial Least Square) using SmartPLS 4 software. The results of this study are (1) audit fees affect audit quality in food and beverage subsector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2019-2022, (2) audit delay affects audit quality in food and beverage subsector companies listed on the stock exchange Indonesia in 2019-2022 and (3) KAP size affects audit quality in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2019-2022.
