Abstract

Company value is the value of all assets, both operating physical assets or not operating. The value of a company reflects how it performs company influences investors' opinion of the company. Objective this study to determine the influence between the variables of profitability, solvency and the growth of the company to the value of the company in the company manufacturing sub-sector of the food and beverage industry which is listed on the Stock Exchange Indonesia (IDX) for the 2017-2021 period. The research data uses secondary data with research methods quantitative descriptive. The population in this study is a manufacturing company the food and beverage industry sub-sector which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange a total of 32 companies. The selected sample determination technique is by using a purposive sampling technique, namely the determination of the sample which adjusted the criteria specifically so that a total of 19 were obtained company. The data analysis technique is in the form of multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed, a) Profitability (OPM) has an influence which is positive but not significant on Company Value (PBV); b) Solvency (DER) has a negative and significant influence on the Company Value (PBV), as well Company Growth (Total Assets) has a negative influence and not significant.
